How to make Vegan CBD pancakes?
CBD can be consumed in several ways: oral use (the most common method), vaping CBD, topical use, smoking, and our favorite way: mixed through our favorite meals. It happens to be that vegan CBD pancakes are one of our favorite meals. So let’s start making them!
The pancake recipe is a standard recipe. To veganize the recipe we have replaced any animal fats with coconut oil and added CBD oil in the mixture as well. We strongly advise to be careful with dosing the CBD oil and beware of overheating the pancakes while cooking to avoid any vaporization of the CBD molecules.
- Small pan
- Soup spoon
- 150 grams of (wheat)flower
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 400 ml of soy milk or almond milk
- 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
- 10 drops (20mg) of Held CBD oil 4%, or as strong as you like
- Fruits (of choice)
- Soy yogurt
Let’s start with the first step
Start mixing the flower and cinnamon in the bowl and slowly add the soy/almond milk while whisking until the mixture becomes smooth. Now add the drops of CBD oil and whisk a bit more for an even distribution.
Now move to the second step
Heat up the pan with a teaspoon of coconut oil and slowly pour the mixture with a soup spoon in the pan. When the pancakes start to bubbly bubbly turn them carefully and let them cook for one more minute. Keep the cooked ones between two plates to stay warm.
